Cyphastrea are large polyp stony (LPS) corals. They have smaller polyps than typical LPS corals, so they are sometimes classified as SPS. They have care requirements similar to LPS corals, such as: Lower light, Moderate flow.


To maintain optimum health, Cyphastrea need:

  • The correct levels of Calcium, Alkalinity, and Magnesium
