(Locals Only) AI - Blade Coral Grow

    6 in stock

Extremely Versatile Mounting, Spectrum, and Sizing Options.. Aquarium Lighting, Your Way! Available in 7 different sizes from 12 to 66 inches Balanced blue and white spectrum optimized for coral photosynthesis Mounting solutions for every tank need Cluster group LED diodes with 95 degree spread EdgeFieldTM Optics with even PAR and smooth color mixing Minimal shadowing and natural shimmer Great alone, stacked in parallel, or as supplemental fill lighting IP66 Water Resistance Passive, noiseless cooling Smart control via myAI or Mobius apps Low profile Tank Rest included or Mounting Clips included Color Your Way This is far from your typical strip LED! The Blade maximizes color and efficiency, incorporating exclusive EdgeFieldTM Optics to deliver even PAR, smooth color mixing, exceptional 95-degree spread, and a natural shimmer effect in your aquarium. Its wide-angle and modular cluster LEDs allow light to wrap around high points in your tank to provide a smooth blanket of illumination with minimal shadowing. When you combine 3 or more Blade strips together, the result is shadow elimination and even light distribution comparable with traditional T5 fixtures, but with greater efficiency and at a fraction of the cost! You can also use the Blade with any existing light fixtures as supplemental or fill lighting to enhance light coverage and reduce hotspots. Available Color Spectrums: Coral Grow Coral Glow Refugium Freshwater The Coral Grow model brings a powerful and balanced blue and white growth spectrum with output in the deep blue through blue range (400-500nm) to address the photosynthetic needs of corals. Use the Grow for maximum PAR output per foot, and the Glow for maximum fluorescence, or mix them together and get both. Peak performance is best achieved in a 2:1 Grow to Glow ratio, but one of each is perfectly acceptable when less light is needed. Each AI Blade LED Strip includes roughly one light cluster group per foot of fixture length. Tight grouping and balanced diode placement contribute to the incredible balance and shimmer that the Blade platform delivers. The Blade Coral Grow includes the following 24 diodes per cluster group: 12x Royal Blue 6x Cool White 6x Blue Mount Your Way The AI Blade is designed for a myriad of mounting solutions to satisfy any system. Choose from a Tank Rest, Elevated Tank Rest, Hanging Kit, Hybrid Mount, or HMS Adapter Arm to find the perfect mounting solution for your set up. The Hanging Kit also allows you to mount 3, 4, or 6 light bars in parallel for increased coverage and streamlined aesthetics. Hybrid Mount- A mounting solution designed to combine Blade strips with one or more AquaIllumination Hydra or EcoTech Radion pendant fixtures. The best of all worlds, rolled into one! • (Locals Only) AI - Nero 7

(Locals Only) AI - Nero 7

    10 in stock

The Ideal Submersible Pump for Larger Aquariums-- All Flow, No Compromise Max Flow - 4000 GPH Perfect for tanks 80-500+ Gallons! App control with MyAI or Mobius Compatible with glass thickness up to .79" Compact design - just 3.38" in diameter! Like the Nero 3 & 5, the Nero 7 utilizes an innovative propeller design which creates an adjustable broad flow that is both strong and gentle. The Nero 7 pushes water in a wide pattern that can move foods, detritus, or other free-floating particles around without blasting corals directly. Powerheads have many different uses around a reef tank, but the main goal is to produce enough flow to keep low-flow spots from forming in your tank and help elevate detritus to be sucked into the filtration. Easy App Control The Nero 7 can be conveniently controlled with the free MyAI or Mobius app - your choice! By connecting your pump to the app, you unlock the ability to choose a flow mode and pump speed as well as the ability to create a full-blown daily schedule that cycles through different modes. No smart device? No Problem! The included controller only has one button but is very powerful. Pressing or holding the button for different lengths of time can change the speed, mode, or turn the pump off or on without having to open the app. Compatible withMXMNeptune Systems, EcoTech Marine, and AquaIllumination have joined forces to bring MXM to life. Now all your favorite EcoTech and AI pumps and lights can be under the wireless control of Apex & Apex Fusionthe user-friendly, yet powerful, interface you already know and love. No more switching between multiple apps. Flow Modes Random:The Nero 7 will randomly change its flow rate throughout the day simulating a high-energy reef environment. Pulse:Used to create a standing wave in your aquarium. The pulse interval and max flow rate can be changed based on the needs of your aquarium. Pulse is a great method for lifting settled detritus from hard-to-reach areas. Constant:Set the appropriate flow rate and the Nero 7 will keep flowing at that speed until you change the mode or flow. Schedule:Using the MyAI or Mobius app, create a schedule that can utilize multiple different flow modes. Feed:Just hold the driver button for 2-5 seconds to put the Nero 7 into feed mode for 10 minutes. All-Off:Hold the driver button for 6 or more seconds to turn the pump off. Touching the button again will restart the pump. MagneticMounting The included magnetic mounting system makes installing the Nero 7 effortless. Giving around 15 of movement, you can direct the flow where your tank needs it most. The two-part mounting system incorporates an inner magnet and an outer magnet that can couple together through 0.79" of glass or less, and the pump then sits into the beveled inner magnet for an isolated and quiet mounting system. Included Fish Guard The fish guard offers more safety to slow-swimming and curious inhabitants. (Locals Only) Bulk Pharma Magnesium Sulfate 7 Pounds

    4 in stock

Bulk Magnesium Sulfate - Ultra Pure Magnesium Additive for your Reef Tank! Keep your reef balanced - Use with BRS Pharma Magnesium Chloride Maintaining proper magnesium levels helps achieve the essential balance of calcium and alkalinity in your tank by preventing excess calcium carbonate precipitation. BRS Bulk Magnesium Sulfate is a fine powder and dissolves crystal clear. Unlike traditional Magnesium Sulfate, there are no excess water molecules allowing it to dissolve faster, along with its ability to be mixed with magnesium chloride without leaving any residues or undissolved salts behind. Buy in bulk and SAVE MONEY! - Resealable Packaging No residue left behind Mixes fast and clear Designed for easy dosing Pharmaceutical grade materials Mixing Instructions - BRS Magnesium Mix Solution General Adjustments -Fill a 1-gallon container 1/2 full of RO/DI or distilled water and then add 7-1/4 cups (1,285 grams) of BRS Magnesium Chloride and 1/2 cup (124 grams) of BRS Magnesium Sulfate into the container. Secure the cap on the container and shake it for about 10 seconds to help start the dissolving process. Remove the cap and fill the container the rest of the way with RO/DI or distilled water. Give the container a few more shakes and then let it sit until all the salts have fully dissolved before use. 2-Part Dosing -Fill a 1-gallon container 1/2 full of RO/DI or distilled water and then add 5-1/4 cups (933 grams) of BRS Magnesium Chloride and 2 cups (332 grams) of BRS Magnesium Sulfate into the container. Secure the cap on the container and shake it for about 10 seconds to help start the dissolving process. Remove the cap and fill the container the rest of the way with RO/DI or distilled water. Give the container a few more shakes and then let it sit until all the salts have fully dissolved before use. Dosing Instructions Knowing how much to doseis made simple using theBRS Reef Calculator! Create a 1-gallon solution by following the Mixing Instructions above and then test your aquariums current magnesium level and using theBRS Reef Calculatorinput your current and desired magnesium levels along with your total system water volume. ChooseBRS Liquid Magnesium Mix (New Pharma Pouch)option from the drop-down menu and select calculate. The result will behow much magnesium solution you will need to add to raise your aquariums water volume to the desired level. We suggest adding small amounts at a time into a high flow area of the tank, like a power heads output or a sump baffle. It is important to keep changes limited to under 100ppm or less per day to not shock your corals. Magnesium Instructions What is 2-Part Dosing? As corals grow they consume calcium and alkalinity but to keep the levels steady in a reef tank requires the use of magnesium too, so it is more like 3-part dosing, to be honest. Reefers will use calcium chloride and soda ash (sodium carbonate) to maintain their reef tanks chemistry daily and add a magnesium supplement every couple weeks. Magnesium supplements are usually a blend of magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate to help keep the sulfate to chloride ratio balanced in the aquarium. When starting a 2 part dosing system it is important to use a good test kit to establish a baseline. We really like using the Red Sea Reef Foundation test kit or Hanna Colorimeters for their accuracy and repeatability which leads to a much more stable reef and overallcoralhealth. Stability is one of the keys to keeping a saltwater tank healthy over a long span of time and most reefers will set up an automated system that doses their aquariums needed additives daily removing repetitive (andforgettable) chore. There arepurpose-builtdosing systems like the Kamor X4, Neptune DOS, or Bubble Magus T-11 that are super easy to program and keeps everything in a compact package, but there are other options that many reefers prefer like the BRS 1.1mL dosing pumps that can be paired with a digital timer for precise and affordable dosing control. Localpick up ONLY!!!!! *Discount codes cannot be applied to this product

Ultra Pure Magnesium Additive for 2-Part Maintenance in your Reef Tank! Maintaining proper magnesium levels helps achieve the essential balance of calcium and alkalinity in your tank by preventing excess calcium carbonate precipitation. Not all magnesium additives are created equal and the largest factor comes into the sulfate to chloride ratio in the magnesium solution. For large adjustments, you will want to use a magnesium solution that has limited amounts of sulfate to keep your reef balanced, where for daily 2-part dosing or maintenance, a larger amount of sulfate is required to keep your reef balanced. • (Locals Only) RedSea Reef Spec Carbon (250g)

(Locals Only) RedSea Reef Spec Carbon (250g)

    4 in stock

REEF-SPEC Carbon has all the proper technical and physical characteristics making it a perfect carbon for marine and reef aquariums. The carbon will absorb and rapidly remove organic pollutants through its micro/macro pore structures making your tanks water crystal clear and removing any possible smells associated. Why Use Carbon? Carbon has been used in aquariums for decades with the purpose of trapping organic pollutants that can normally cause your water to tint yellow, along with a possible foul smell. Your livestock will constantly produce organic waste that when broken down can be a catalyst for unwanted microorganisms and also increasing the total oxygen demand of the system which can lead to many other issues. Media Bag or Reactor? We normally suggest running carbon in an up flow style reactor since they provide consistent contact time, leading to greater control and overall efficiency. Filter or Media Bags work great for many applications but will not be nearly as efficient as its counter part. When using a media bag it is best to place them in an area of direct flow like a sump baffle or overflow chamber directing water to pass over and through the carbon. With media bags it is recommended to gently need the bag once a week or so allowing the carbon in the center of the bag to migrate to the outer edges. Usage Guide Organic load and yellow tint removal:The recommended dosage of Red Seas REEF-SPEC Carbon is approximately 50 gr (100 ml) per 200 L (50 gallons) for a period of 1-2 months for a moderately stocked reef aquarium. Post-medication treatment:The recommended dosage of Red Seas REEF-SPEC Carbon to absorb medication residuals is approximately 100 gr (200 ml) per 200 L (50 gallons) for a period of a week. Ozone post-treatment:The recommended dosage of Red Seas REEF-SPEC Carbon to remove residual ozone is 50 gr per 50mg/hr of ozone injection. The carbon should be placed at the ozone reactor/ protein skimmer outlet. Carbon should be replaced once it has reached approximately 50% of its original volume. Tips when using REEF-SPEC Carbon: Rinse any fines under tap water until it runs clear Recommended flow around 250 - 400 GPH per 50 gr of REEF-SPEC Carbon Replace every 1.5 - 2 months REEF-SPEC Carbon Specifications Shape- 0.6 - 2.3 mm flake Density- 0.48 g/ml Pore Volume (PV)- 1.04 ml/g Total Surface Area (TSA)- 1000 m2/g TSA/PV- 990 m2/ml Small Organic Adsorption- 1000mg/g Large Organic Adsorption- 280 mg/g pH in Distilled Water- >8 Phosphate Output- 0.000001 g/ml Includes Filter Bag Localpick up ONLY!!!!! *Discount codes cannot be applied to this product

    018 Yellow Soul Favia

Some varieties like Favites grow incredibly fast. Other varieties like Coelastrea are one of the slowest. That is the major hurdle with long term aquaculture - the growth rate of these corals. Caring for Favia coral is not too challenging, making this a good choice for beginning reef keepers. The most important thing is to keep the water quality high, but this applies to any coral species. Don't neglect regular aquarium maintenance. - OCRF
